  Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
   

  Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a charge for the full stay or first night.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
   

  Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated upon booking.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
   

  Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property.

• Any damage or loss caused during your stay may be charged to you.

• The guesthouse reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund due to unacceptable behaviour.
   

  Property & Facilities

• Use of guesthouse facilities is at your own risk.

• The guesthouse is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Please ensure valuables are stored securely.
   

  Power Outages & Loadshedding

• While we may provide backup power solutions, uninterrupted electricity supply cannot be guaranteed.

• We are not liable for inconvenience caused by power outages or loadshedding.
   

  Liability

• The guesthouse, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during your stay, except where required by law.
   

  Privacy

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   

  Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all bookings.
   

  Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
