Cancellation Policy

  Standard Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in may result in a charge of 50% of the total booking value.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged 100% of the booking value.
   

  No-Shows

• Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and charged 100% of the booking value.

  Early Departures

• No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights.
   

  Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method.

• Any bank or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
   

  Special Conditions

• Cancellation terms may vary for group bookings, long stays, or special promotions.

• In such cases, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
   

  Force Majeure

• The guesthouse shall not be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
